Data Analysis
- Execute data review, research, development of valuation approach.
- Follow up an additional clarifications, discussion of valuation parameters.
Reporting
- Develop the valuation work files
- Review draft work files with stakeholder
- Undertake finalization
- Submit report for client review and comments
- Assess comments and execute amendments as deemed necessary
- Deliver Final Report.
Fees
- Fees are negotiated based on the scope of work and complexity of business
- Assessment of the engagement complexity will be based on actual data submitted to us, or based on Representations provided by the stakeholder
- Commit to a fixed fee based on confirmation of engagement plan
- Deviations from the work plan will result in fee variances
